Local Pickup and Delivery
Along with delivering longer haul freight, we also provide local pick-up and deliveries. Some companies need a local driver to distribute products from a warehouse to the stores, redistributing centers, or local job sites. Our drivers deliver quickly and efficiently because we understand that even short distance deliveries are an important part of the commerce infrastructure and also need to be handled with a lot of care, attention to detail and professionalism.
Flexible scheduling
As a smaller scale company, we are able to set flexible schedules for our trucks. Some facilities need to operate early in morning while others late at night. We are able to shift schedules and drivers around in order to meet the needs of the customer.

Our Process:
-Request a quote/ set a rate
-Schedule pick- up
-Safe, on-time delivery
The process for covering a load begins with a review of load details. We will look into the pickup and delivery locations, and how many miles this load will cover, miles, weight, commodity, equipment and appointments times. Next, we send over a rate based on deadhead miles, mileage, market rates and urgency. If necessary we can negotiate the rate. When the rate is agreed upon, we send over a rate confirmation which contains the agreed price, pick-up/delivery locations and any specific instructions for the driver. We then assign the load to the driver, send over the load details and plan the route. The driver then prepares for his trip by planning fuel stops. hours of driving and does equipment checks. Then the driver checks in, gets the load and signs a bill of lading after verifying the freight condition
During the transport, the driver provides updates, handles delays(traffic, weather, ect.) and communicated with the team of the updates. At delivery, the driver checks in, delivers the load and receives and signs proof of delivery. Soon after, we submit the BOL/POD to the shipper and send over the invoice with all the supporting documents
